It is PHDS’s goal to streamline the design and construction process, and in order to accomplish this we employ the first rate PHD process. First, our expert designer will schedule a site visit. Second, we will analyze the property which will require detailed photography. Third, a sit-down meeting will be scheduled with the property owner to collaborate. We would like to hear about your dream, your vision, and your lifestyle so that we can collaborate on the design of your home. Fourth, our team will create a 3D model and renderings to help you, our client, visualize the proposed project. This process helps eliminate the need for change orders during the construction process, saving time and money. Finally, once the design satisfies your needs and meets your approval we will provide you with the construction documents including a site plan, permitting requirements, and building plan are prepared.

Our first rate FIVE STAR progression method is an iterative process that generates an initial design which with input evolves to an ideal design for a given circumstance. PHDS is proud to provide the following client services.
